OWNERSHIP

Schooner Dolphin is owned by Adventures In Paradise, LLC, a Nevada, USA Limited Liability Company. Membership in the LLC is open to qualified parties who wish to purchase units of ownership.

Ownership units in Adventures In Paradise are like condominium or time share ownership units of vacation rental properties. The ownership units entitle the Members to a fractional ownership share of the boat and the charter business. Members are entitled to two weeks per year per unit of all inclusive prepaid vacation cruising on the vessel, plus a share of the profits from operations of the boat and charter business, plus a share of proceeds upon the sale of the boat and business. Members may purchase one or more units up to ten. Membership units are transferrable and may be traded, resold etc. (Trade To Travel).
