ACCOMMODATIONS

Queen Size berth in the temporary refit quarters which have been built on the main deck between the masts.

All accommodations are being completely rebuilt during the refit presently underway. All interior finishes will be of high quality teak, mahogany and other beautiful hardwoods. All interior spaces will be heated and air conditioned by a central HVAC system. See DECK PLANS for layout and cabin details.

Pilot House - 21 Safety Glass opening windows, panoramic view of the entire boat and ocean, large skylight, navigation station, instruments and controls, wheel, settee berths port & starboard, folding dining table for 6-8 at settees, entry doors on port and starboard sides, removable French doors opening out to after deck.

• Upper Deck House Saloon - 15 Safety Glass opening windows on three sides, views of the deck and ocean, large skylight, 3 single berth settees, dining/game table for four (expandable to eight). Antique brass and soapstone wood/coal heat stove, built-in Wet Bar for beverage service with sink, refrigerator, ice maker and dishwasher, TV, VCR, DVD, Tape, iPod & CD players, entry doors on both port and starboard sides, companionways below fore and aft.

• Dining Saloon - Port Mid-ship - U-shaped settee with overstuffed pillows set around a 36" X 84" hand rubbed Maple hardwood dining table, Seating for 12. Gas Log Fireplace, Large Library of books, DVD's and CD's, Wine Racks, Wine Cooler, five channel Dolby Surround Sound Stereo, 8' screen, LCD video/multi-media projector, Computer with video editing, internet access & navigation display, VCR, DVD, CD, Tape Decks, iPods, 16 Channel Mixer, DAT and MiniDisc digital recording studio.

• Galley - Starboard Mid-ship - Large, fully equipped 8' X 11' gourmet Galley, 3 sinks, six burner commercial gas range with grill, Maple, Granite and Stainless counters. 2 - 32 cu ft refrigerator/freezers, one 24 cu ft deep freeze, 2 gas ovens, toaster oven, microwave, plus all electric kitchen conveniences/prep devices, dishwasher etc. Hand rubbed hardwood bar-top/pass-through to Dining Saloon. Separate Bar Fridge.

• Cabin 1 - Port Side, Aft - Private Double Stateroom - Measuring 10' X 7', this cabin includes a Queen Size (60 X 80 inch) berth closet, en-suite head with toilet, sink and shower, with 3 opening portholes.
  
  

• Cabin 2 - Starboard Side, Aft - Private Double Stateroom - Measuring 10' X 7', this cabin includes a Queen Size (60 X 80 inch) berth, closet, en-suite head with toilet, sink and shower, 3 opening portholes.

• Cabin 3 - Port Side, Mid-Ship - Private Double 6' X 10' Stateroom - One double (55 X 80 inch) berth, closet, porthole, deck prism. En-suite head with toilet, sink, shower and porthole, opening deck hatch in entry.

• Cabin 4 - Starboard Side, Mid-Ship - Private Double 6' X 10' Stateroom - One Double (55 X 80 inch) berth, closet, porthole, deck prism. En-suite head with toilet, sink, shower and porthole, opening deck hatch in entry.

• Cabin 5 - Private Double Stateroom - Port Side Forward - One King Size (72 X 84 inch) berth, closets, porthole and opening deck hatch with port light and ladder. En-suite head with toilet, sink and shower.
  
  
• Cabin 6 - Private Double Stateroom - Starboard Side Forward - One oversized single lower berth, one single upper berth, closet, porthole and opening deck hatch with port light. En-suite head with toilet, sink, shower and porthole.
  
  
• Cabin 7 or Crew's Quarters - Forward - 4 single berths, upper and lower on both sides, port & starboard, head with toilet, sink and shower, opening deck hatch with port lights and ladder.

• Recreation/Entertainment/Toys -Extensive on-board Library, 500/10,000 song CD/iPod Music Collection, 200 Movie DVD/VHS Video collection. Cards & Board Games, Snorkeling and SCUBA gear, 16 Dive Tanks with on board Compressor, 14' Rigid Inflatable Dive Boat with 50 HP outboard, 13' Boston Whaler foam core fiberglass Runabout with 50 HP outboard, 14' Racing Dinghy Sail Boat, 2 Wind Surfers, 2 Kayaks, plus many other Games & Toys.

• Safety and Auxiliary Equipment - 50 US Coast Guard certified Personal Flotation Devices, 2 - 12 Passenger Self Inflating Life Rafts, 3 Man Overboard EPIRB Marker Beacons, 3 Man Overboard Rescue Floats. 10 - 20# US Coast Guard Certified Type ABC Fire Extinguishers, Automatic Engine Room Fire Control System, 9 separate water tight compartments in the hull with water tight doors and bulkheads.
